After many years of practicing law with a large prestigious firm, Trip Walton decided to build his own firm around a core of attorneys with superior trial skills, who would share the same goal of standing up and fighting for the rights of those who cannot fight for themselves. Trip is a former Golden Gloves Heavyweight Boxing Champion. 

Trip has a well-earned reputation in the Personal Injury, Tractor Trailer Collision, Traumatic Brain Injury and Mediation arena. Trip is highly regarded in these areas of practice and has been asked to speak at various professional conferences across the country. Trip has tirelessly fought, standing up to the big insurance companies, winning multi-million and million dollar settlements for his clients.

Trip also has a well-earned reputation in criminal defense. Trip has successfully defended hundreds and hundreds of clients who have been charged with a crime.

Elizabeth (Betty) Burns

Betty Burns is a native of Auburn Alabama where she currently resides with her Husband and two children. 

Betty has been with Walton Law Firm, P.C. since 2010 and is the current Director of Marketing & Public Relations, and Trip Walton's Publicist. 

Before working at Walton Law Firm, P.C., Betty worked in both local, state and national politics.

Betty is active in her community and has served in various capacities for many charitable organizations, including on the Board of Directors for Boys & Girls Clubs, as a loaned executive for United Way, an Auburn Chamber Diplomat, a Kiwanian and has volunteered countless of hours for many other local charitable organizations. 

Betty interacts with all viewer and listener questions for the show and handles any legal research needed.  Betty consistently stays informed on current event topics, both legal, political and local.

Kevin R Dunn

Kevin R. Dunn, former talk show host on WJCN network out of Lagrange Georgia, currently co-hosts the Trip Walton Show on the BeeTV Network.

A gospel singer and musician from Alabama, Kevin R. Dunn is committed to bringing his ministry to a diverse group of people.  Kevin R. Dunn started the successful Dunn4u Ministries and sings across the South East. 

Kevin resides in LaGrange, Georgia and was married to Deborah Dunn for 20 years before her passing on July 4th, 2016 and they have 5 children Latoya, Heather, Cameron, Olivia, and J’Arthur Dunn. The Dunn family worships at Pilgrim Baptist Church, Lanett Alabama where Kevin is a Worship Ministry Leader, and serves as an ordained Deacon.

Jessica Ventiere


Jessica Ventiere was appointed to serve as Lee County District Attorney by Governor Kay Ivey in July 2021 before being elected District Attorney in 2022. She is the first woman District Attorney for Lee County.
A native of Enterprise, Alabama, Jessica was the first of her family to attend college. She graduated from Troy State University before earning her law degree from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 2003.

In 2016, Jessica proposed legislation that increases punishment for people who cause the death of a child due to child abuse. That legislation, Ava’s Law, passed unopposed. In 2022, Jessica received national recognition for excellence in the litigation of capital and complex homicide cases based in part on her work in State of Alabama v. Richard Ennis.

Jessica serves on the board of the Alabama Sentencing Commission. She is also active in the community, serving on the boards of several civic and charitable organizations in Lee County.
